Rev Limiter/IGN problem MAYBE?

Topend change after bad head gasket. ​

I was shifting a 5500 before the swap, no problems then. (Is the stock rev limit set at 6200?)
Now after the build, the rev limiter/ign/fuel seems to be coming on at 5500. The car runs GREAT, no miss, no valve train noise, nothing...
ANY IDEAS???

Im running the FL1A, 15w40RT Shell, 1 can of ER..
Adj fuel pressure reg and gauge 40PSI
Stock 19's
Stock rockers
Ecam
Ported and Decked E7's
Stock MAF
Stock bottom end

i belive the stock rev limiter is 6250.. Did you happen to put new plugs in, if so are they gapped right? I know with my boosted car, i didnt gap the plugs and it was blowing out the spark at high rpms

did you put in valve springs with the E cam? I am trying to diagnose a similar problem with my car, so I'm searching around for similar threads
