Rough Idle/Put into gear and stalls

I have a 66 mustang 289, 2100 carb. It will start up when cold but there is a slight miss, I let it warm up and put it into gear and it stalls and then won't start. I just had the carb. rebuilt. Any ideas? Dirty fuel, float level, vacuum advance? Replaced fuel filter and put an inline filter in also.

Thanks guys, It was the points. They were out of adjustment, cleaned the contacts with emery cloth and reset them to .016
