Shift problem

i just transfered my T-5 from my 87 gt to my 93 lx. the T-5 is built with upgraded parts. in the gt i had no problems shifting into second gear , even powershifting was like butter. but now in the lx it will go into second but it is difficult. powershifting is not an option. the clutch assembly is brand new, and the clutch cable is brand new.
ALSO it will not shift smoothly in any gear until the clutch pedal is darn near on the floor.

its a clutch problem or its a fluid problem. check the list in my sig. that should give you a good idea of what you need to check

yes i woul;d say your clutch is out of adjustment.
