Steering Wheels

I'm most likely going to be asking for a new steering wheel for my birthday since I have now painted my dash and the only peice remaining that was the old ugly color (had one of them two-tone dashes, painted the top half black, bottom half is tan(Parchment).

I am thinking of the FR500 wheel http://secure.50resto.com/product1.cfm?SID=1&Product_ID=1124&Category_ID=822

Any other good wheels out there?

And, here's my main question and the reason it is in the tech section :
how hard is the installation, considering there is the airbag and everything
