strut tower brace

is there any difference in handling when using a strut tower brace that only attaches to the 2 strut bolts closest to the engine vs the braces that utilize all four strut bolts on both sides? seems like the braces that use all 8 bolts would be better and tighten up the front end even moreso than the brace that only uses the 2 bolts per side. thanks!

Ive got the scott drake with 4 bolts per side and it made a nice improvement.
Seems like it would have to be stronger than the 2 bolt per side versions.
Some of the 2 bolt braces are made from cheap hollow metal, so you
need to get a quality name if your going to get one.

How much of an improvment do you get with one of these things? It seems to me that if the strut towers were that flexible to begin with that they wouldn't have been designed that way.

How much actual improvement does it provide to a daily driver?

The roads in my area are all concrete with pot holes, cracks, unlevel areas with patchs everywhere.
A 4x4 is almost required. The brace helped get rid of some body flex when going over this crap,
feels stiffer, but its a suttle mod , not any kind of WOW effect.
I had a irratating dash rattle before I installed it and now thats gone.
