Swapped in a PI engine in my 1998 GT now not getting power

To make a long story short I blew up my npi motor and I just swapped in a 2001 PI motor from another mustang. I’m using my old computer and my harness but no matter what i can’t get any power into the car. The only things that I get are a “Check Engine” light and my hazards work but there’s no gauge readings, no chime, no crank. Help please and thank you
