I would say if you're going to spend the time effort and money, just go with a TKO or a G-force T5. I don't think the T45 is that much better of a tranny in the first place.

Its Easy!!!!!!!!!!!

It Wont. The t45 bellhousing won't bolt up to a 302 or a 351, the engine doesn't have the same bolt patter.

I would say buy a tremec or a G-force, or at the very least a cobra spec t-5
