Tar/Burnt Rubber Remover??

What do you guys use to take the tar off that shows up on the bottom side of the car. Also I know most you guys once in awhile smoke the tires. What do you use to take that burnt rubber off the rear panels.

i dont see why a claybar cant take it off

I don't get too much burnt rubber on mine, but as far as tar, the best I have found in the last 20 years is Stoners Tarminator. Spray it on and you actually see the tar melting off the car. You can get it at O'Reilly Auto parts.
