Hi guys,
I have decided to give you all the list of parts needed for installing the 7.5" T-LOK differential. Also listed are the costs incurred and where the parts were obtained for my install.
OK, from the top:
1.) T-LOK differential ($169.95+$21.95 shipping) (RPM Outlet)
2.) 2x LM501349 Bearing (2x $20.44) (Ford)
3.) 2x LM501314 Bearing (2x $10.38) (Ford)
4.) XL-3 Additive ($6.66) (Ford)
5.) 3x XY-75W140-QL (x3 $18.37) (Ford)
Total Parts (Ford dealer) = $123.41
Labor @ 38,500 miles 4.5 hrs (axle shafts wouldn't separate after 38k miles)
If you get yours done with lower miles it should be around 3 hrs.
If you add gears at this time there should be NO EXTRA CHARGE! The gears have to come out and go back in anyway!!!! Don't let them BS you!
Hope this helps anyone who has questions.
