Timing chain install

Not too hard. I'm not exactly sure on what you have to remove if your just changing the timing chain, but since I was changing my cam, I removed all accessories, radiator, fan, fan shroud. You need a harmonic balancer puller which you can rent at a local autozone or autoparts store. You need to pull that, unbolt a few bolts, and I believe you can take the waterpump and timing cover off together. I didn't realize that when I was doing it, but it saves you scraping and putting a new gasket on. You can get the felpro gasket kit for this job at autozone for $10.50. I believe the timing chain will come off pretty easy. I don't remember much trouble with mine. Also you will need to cut the oil pan gasket flush to the timing cover edges on the bottom. And then put the new pieces on there with some black rtv. (You'll know what im talking about when you pull it off). Good luck.
