What is the widest tire I can put under my 1993 LX coupe? I do not want to change rims or ad spacers. I want to run the stock 16 inch wheel.

I had 245/50/16's all the way around on ponies and it was looked pretty good.You can go 255's in the rear but you'll get the sidewall bulge.
Heres a pic of the 245's....

I ran 225's in the front and 245's in the rear. The 255's bulge over the rim a bit but they do look fat.

I vote for 245/50/16 all the way around

Staggered tires look stupid on non staggered rims

Wider than 245 on a stock pony wheel bulges WAY too much to look good.

I got 255/50/16 tires on the back of my car with pony's

You really can fit a MUCH wider tire on the rear of a fox just not on the ponys so no one gets confused in the future.

i know a guy who has 275's on his ponys. how they fit is a mystery to me.
