yes but you will need a 5.0L bell housing. but i wouldent sugest that. get a T5

not to hard. pull the old tranny. put the t5 or whatever you go with in.

id say the biggest bitch is getting the peddles in there.

also depending on hwat trans you go with you may need a new driveshaft.
