y pipe size

hey does anyone know the pipe diameter of the y pipe on the v6 stang. is it 2 1/4 or 2 1/2 in? cause if its the latter of the two sizes. ill keep the y pipe & go w/ headers and a single aft-axle exhaust for my car. im not into the muffler shop exhaust systems. or hell...if a GT h-pipe will fit on a v6 ill go w/ that. any help would be appreciated.

Its 2.5 and go for an XPIPE.. Or an H-PIPE.. Ditch the Y-PIPE and single exhaust..
