Beautiful . how do you have the catch can setupTook some time yesterday to do a little spring cleaning under the hood. That pesky pollen gets everywhere.
I think I got it.
Its just a simple settup. I have the hose connected to the vent tube below the oil filler cap on the valve cover. My lower intake has no PCV so this seems to work quite well.Beautiful . how do you have the catch can setup
Great work! I feel your pain keeping those looking good. I commend you for still running them. I have my Turbines stored away and still bolt them on once in awhile for old times sake. They are looking tired so I'm considering having them restored. Just wish they were 17". LOLSpring cleaning wheel madness..
Some of you will appreciate the effort that goes into cleaning these. Others will appreciate the insanity and futility. But if I don't leave them too long or let them get too bad, they're not too hard to get clean.
A couple of years ago a friend put me onto a product called Rejex that seems to do a good job of keeping the brake dust, dirt, grime etc. from sticking. They've been easier to clean since I've been using that stuff, though it still takes fiddly brush work to get into all the crannies.

Back in the day when ours was still our DD, I found things call Kleen wheels. They mounted between the wheel and the rotor.
Worked okay but not as good as a paint brush to clean between the spokes.
so everything is plugged minus that vent . that's the route I may go and then you just drain it from time to time? Its just a simple settup. I have the hose connected to the vent tube below the oil filler cap on the valve cover. My lower intake has no PCV so this seems to work quite well.
