Need a good Shop

Where can I find a good Shop In Central California? I live in Tracy and I want to take My GT to a knowlegeable Shop when I add Intake and exhaust Mods
I want the reflash and tune to be right.

My Delivery date is May 3rd.

Iv'e been to them before, as I work in Santa Clara. I know they work on Classic Mustangs .
