turbo?

IM TRYING TO GET UP A GOOD PARTS LIST BEFORE I START BUYING STUFF FOR MY SVO. I WOULD LIKE TO BUY EVERYTHIING AT ONE TIME SO I DONT HAVE TO KEEP PULLING OFF THE SAME PARTS EVERYTIME I GET SOMETHING NEW. DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHERE I CAN FIND A GOOD INTAKE SYSTEM THAT COMES OFF THE TURBO? IF YOU HAVE A LINK THAT WOULD BE GREAT! THANKS!!

i was looking at the exhaust tips yesterday and noticed that they were stainless steel. they guy i bought the car off of said that it was COMPLTELY stock. so, did the svo come stock with a stainless exhaust or is this aftermarket?

You can't cheaply and easily turn your T3 into a hybrid...it would still be choked down by the stock exhaust side (which is more expensive to upgrade both sides than to get a real hybrid).

www.forced4.com makes an intake from vam to turbo, though it only works with stock turbo location (meaning if you want to run my header down the road, skip it). You can also just get a K&N cone filter, attach it to the end of the vam, remove the stock vam mount, and mount the filter in the inner fender with the stock vam hose...cheap cold air intake.

84-85 SVO's came with a stock Chrome "dual tip" on the driver's side. 85.5-86's came with dual SS tips (one on each side).

so i cant use any of there hard pipe intake systems if im going to put your header on my car? if i make the "cheap cold air intake", is that going to give me more or less power then buying one of there's?

I didn't say you couldn't use any of it with my header, it's just that the header moves the turbo so "something" is going to have to be modified.

The power between the two coldair systems should be about the same.
