Thoughts needed - online "How to Tune VIDEOS"

I'm tossing around the idea of a "Tuning School" series of 10-20min videos walking through a couple complete tunes, along with datalogs, tune files etc. I would walk through how to tune a N/A and blown car using twEECer/Moates.NET chips.

My hold up is that it is going to take a LOT of time to produce videos of the quality I have in mind. They will not be done half way. Charging a small amount of money would help soften the blow.

The rough breakdown of videos would go something like this: Intro to Tuning/Getting Started; Tuning N/A; Tuning Forced Induction; Reading and Interpreting Datalogs; Troubleshooting Issues.

I've been into this stuff for so long that some basic knowledge I take for granted so this is where I need some insight from guys just getting started.

- What has been the most difficult tuning areas for you to grasp/learn?

- What would you want to get out of a video series?

- Would you be willing to pay $20 to get access to an hour worth of quality video and resources that would be available online?

Personally I would love something like this!

I don't have any practical knowledge of how to tune a new engine combo. I have learned alot from you and Grady mostly but I have never done more than play with timing and slightly adjust the A/F ratio for W/O throttle myself. Using datalogs to dial in the maf transfer I am still trying to learn. My car still has the stock maf but I know it could use some fine tuning because I have a CAI.

I am planning to do a engine rebuild on my cobra using stock t40 heads and cobra intake (for now) a crower 15511 cam and longtube headers. Later on I will be adding TB, lightning maf, and other bolt on's complement a a good set of aftermarket later. I am going to have to learn to make the engine idle and perform on my own. So any info on tuning new combo's using a stock base tune will be very helpful.

I think for starters break it into 3 or so areas...

1. actually hooking up the tweecer, with all the issues beginners have getting a good connection/keeping the chip part hooked up. Then build to more entry level stuff...like making the idle change/fan settings to test and make sure things are setup ok...for instance correct family of eec selected and correct bank count.

2. first datalog and quick overview of what the items logged mean. Maybe break it into 2 sections....one for those with EA and one to without using EA.

3. hooking up W/B o2's, making bigger changes common drivability fix's...things like going over MAFtransfer/breakpoint/offsets.

I would kinda want to space them out "skill" level wise so you can go back/come back and add more information when you get a chance but still cover a wide range of skill level/FAQ's with the first 3.

If you need some help with anything let me know.
