List of 03/04 Cobra parts to scavenge for upgrades

Now, I know some people will jump straight for the engine/transmission. However, I would like to focus on parts that are upgrades for the 94/95 cars while retaining our pushrod based motors. Here are the ones that I know of, please add any you can think of:
Front 13" brakes
Steering Rack
Front Lower Control Arms
Wipers
IRS
Steering Shaft (although I don't believe it is as good as some aftermarket pieces)

-seats
-exhaust for the IRS
-MAF
-console
-steering wheel (maybe)
-spare tire (to fit the cobra brakes)
-sill plates (if they are different, or even fit. i dont remember exactly, havent been in my dads cobra in a while)
-i've also seen someone put a 03/04 front bumper on a 94/95. not sure how difficult it would be though. IIRC it was someone on this site.

i'm pretty sure thats about it, other than small misc pieces and fasteners

i believe the steering shaft is better than the 94/95. someone else might know for sure

Someone did put the front bumper on an SN, but they did major recontstructive work to the fenders to make it look right. Not an easy job. Fuel pump won't work.

they make a SPECIFIC bumper for our cars that looks like the 03/04 cobra....

You CAN NOT put the actual 03/04 bumper on the car without MAJOR RECONSTRUCTION...

Bilstein front struts, and rear shocks if upgrading to IRS otherwise get a set of HD's for the rear (valving is all wrong on the Termi shocks for a straight axle, been there done that)

+1 on the mirrors...looked for a while for a good set back when i was repainting my 95.

Heck, might as well swap over the whole IRS assembly if you are into corner carving. Although you can make that solid axle perform admirably, if the IRS is free, why not? Otherwise, you could probably find a willing buyer for it.

Mind if I ask how you came to be in possession of a scavengeable 03/04 cobra?

The Cobra rack has a better bushing where the steering shaft hooks up. It's supposed to give you a better road feel. Otherwise, the steering ratio is the same.

IRS, only if you want to do some road racing
Brakes, this is a given...but don't they have a special brake booster?
Seats, more sporty and supportive than stockers
Trans., 6 speeds can be better than 5...

even if you wanted to keep the solid axle can't you use the diff out of the irs in our cars and isnt it a 31 spline i dont remember wat gears they got tho
