    Live Wire

    I am picking a live wire tuner from my buddy's brother who has a NPI motor. Are there any issues I am going to have tuning my car? Do I need to call SCT for tunes? Basically what do I do when I get it? This seems a little different from buying a brand new unit.

    SO I didn't know, until yesterday, that newer cars don't get the exhaust probed. They just plug into the computer. So with a tuner, can you pass an inspection even though you may not be within regulations? Like if you have an offroad mid pipe?

    03-04 Cobra parts

    electrical guys come in-battery is being drained

    just put a new battery in & it wont hold a charge. hasnt been able to in a while. by the way it its an 85 ranger w/ a carbed 302 so there isnt that much wiring for a short. BUT....the old wiring harness is still in from when it was efi b/e some of the wires are still being used
