    Connect RollBar to Subframes ???

    Is there any reason NOT to connect the rollbar to the subframes? I've searched this topic and didn't find anything on it. I don't like how the rollbar's main hoop is welded to the floorboards, that doesn't sit well with me. So I was thinking, why not tie in the rollbar to the subframes...

    Paint Shop VS. SEM paint :: Rollbar

    I'm going to spend about $70 on supplies and such for the rollbar... so, is it worth it for me to go the DIY approach with the SEM spraypaint, or should I take it to a shop? I don't know the difference in quality, length of time it will last, if it will chip, and fade characteristics... ANY...

    Welder claims he can't weld rollbar ??? fumes too bad?

    So, the welder claimed the fumes were too bad so he said just to bolt it down. So basically, I paid to have him weld the plates to the main hoop and bracing bars and tack it to the body. He couldn't weld to the rear braces or the floorboard. What I want to know is why he didn't just grind it...

    Does anybody's wife or significant other worry about the dangers of convertible??? My girl is worried about my safety... she wants me around :) and basically gave me two options... 1. Full roll cage 2. Coupe What are your thoughts on this... I think a full cage would look really wierd...

    is the '98 fuel pump different than other years for some reason? i just did a search and didn't really come up with anything. I also checked summit and couldn't really find anything for that year in V6... I though our cars had the fuel return so i figured any year mustang fuel pump word...

    Tried to install keyless entry but can't find the right wires. I found a bunch of color codes for the different wires but can't find the four wires for lock/unlock. Behind the glovebox, there should be seven in all and I have trunk release, 12v, and ground... WHERE ARE THE LOCK/UNLOCK WIRES...

    is the pinion snubber needed at all? i know there was some discussion about it, but i really don't even know what it does. i took it off when i took off my dogbone with the stock springs... but now i put sportlines on and don't know if i should pick up one of the adjustable ones or something...
