    Opinions needed! Leak Issue

I would take it to another dealer w/ a copy of the water leak TSB. There could be multiple water entry points some from the debris, some for shoddy manufacturing. Either way, make sure you air out the car, put a hair dryer on the carpets (or pull them up and let them dry). The last thing you...

    Needs Interior Part (s)

(Someone correct me if I'm wrong), but you'll also need to replace the passenger side airbag as the dash trim is built into it. You may want to check eBay (or other online site) for aftermarket dash-trim (the kits usually come with pieces to cover the radio, center console, etc, but you can...

    Passenger Side Water Leak

After your buddy takes it, make sure he checks it on his own afterwards. (Turn a hose on the car while watching all over the passenger floorboard & under the carpet). The dealership I was at "fixed" one area & it caused another spot to leak instead... Check the TSB sticky section as there's a...

Need advice about getting rid of mouse stink!

Trade it in... Go for a Shelby or Bullitt, or at least a different color (or upgraded interior), something different that doesn't seem too odd of a reason to swap out cars. I had mold growing in mine from the passenger side water leak. Didn't know there was a problem until I could smell the...

    Deeper exhaust

Just installed MAC axel backs this AM...adds a completely different attitude to the car. It drones like heck around 2000 RPM, but depending on shifting, gear, & how much throttle you're giving it the tone stays mellow. I'll grab some sound clips tomorrow, but I'm very happy with them.

It's a Boss 429 scoop design for the S197s. It was already pre-installed when I came across the Stang so I'm not entirely sure of the manufacturer, but this site seems pretty close: http://www.afterthoughtsauto.com/mustang-hood-scoop.html

GT500 spoiler vs stock GT (functionality question)

Awww yea! Installed in about an hour or so's time...getting the old adhesive off took the longest part of the whole job. Sun was already down by the time I cleaned up, so no photos tonight, but tomorrow, it's on! Definitely makes the car.

GT500 spoiler vs stock GT (functionality question)

Well, the GT500 spoiler is sitting by my door as I type this (it arrived over lunch...argh, still stuck at work). I choose it for the aesthetic appeal but was curious as the day passed on & I had visions of spoilers dancing through my head.

GT500 spoiler vs stock GT (functionality question)

Can anyone who switched from a stock GT spoiler to the GT500 design speak towards it's increased (or decreased) functionality? I would assume the GT500 would get needed added down force, but was wondering if it can really be felt between the two?

So...what you gettin with your stimulus check?

I ordered a GT500 spoiler & a MAC exhaust over the weekend, so the money's already spent even before I get my check!

    TPMS Training Tool works :)

What I gather is the tool is used if you add a new set of wheels/tires with new sensors (or reusing your old sensors). It programs the smart junction box to accept the transmitter ID of the new/reused sensors...which saves a trip to the dealer just to reprogram the sensors.

    Gas Prices

I was having an internal conversation with myself about trading in the stang for something more gas-friendly... Then some beat looking rice burner pulled up next to me and started reving his "so-called" engine. Well, about 20 seconds & a ...high... mph later his car was smoking black & I no...
