Thanks for all the threads on how to install springs. The back ones were easy, the front not so easy. Took a couple hours to figure out the first front one, then an hour to do the second. Found that I didn't need the spring compressor I rented. So far the drop is as good as advertised, I can...

Where do I find the date code on them? Even if they are a few years old they should be OK if they were stored correctly, IE not out in the sun? I should get them tomorrow, what should I look for other than dry rot?

Thanks for the help, ordered BFG KWDS's 255/45/17's from tire rack, they are on clearance for 88! I also ordered some FRPP B springs, If I'm getting it aligned after my new tires I might as well do the springs too, at least thats what I told the old lady. Thanks :flag:

Thanks for the input. Anyone have pics of 255's on Bullitt rims, can you tell a difference?

I'm buying new tires for my 02' and want to put 255/45/17's on all four of my stock Bullitt rims, anyone ever had issues with this set up? I searched but couldn't find an exact answer. Can I go bigger than 255 on the rears with my rims? I don't have money for 10.5's Thanks! :flag:

Anyone have a prochamber with a magnapacks? I had a bassani O/R X on it for about a week and it was obnoxiously loud, had to take it off.

I have the packs already and love the sound, I'm looking at getting the O/R prochamber to go with them. How do you guys that have this set up like it?? Any power losses, drone, too loud? Anyone got a clip of this set up? For comparison, I had an O/R Bassani X pipe on it for about a week with...

Get the packs!!! I got them on my GT with a stock H pipe, pretty quiet at idle but they scream at WOT, I cruise at 2000 rpm when doing 70 and it's not that loud but is noticeable.

Get the SCT from MPH, I read quite alot prior to buying from MPH about their customer service and Tim's tune. My car idles much smoother and there was a noticeable increase in power. :flag:

Yeah I got the $109 one from Summit, it came with the fittings and new throttle body gasket, which was cheap and ripped already. I'm planning on putting it on in the next couple days and will post the results. :flag:

The only thing I find thats close is the air bypass valve gasket, is it just another name for the IAC?

Just got my Trick Flow intake plenum in today, it came with the throttle body gasket and some fittings. It says to use some liquid teflon sealer on the fittings, which I couldn't find at the local parts store, wouldn't the white teflon tape work? Also the local parts store didn't have the intake...

Yeah, my father in law is taking the glove compartment door off his 66 fastback, I was thinking of doing the same but the angle of it would make the sig difficult to see.

Don't think I'll mess with that, any other ideas on what I can easily remove and get signed??
