Right now i have 1.6 rr and i was wondering if i could gain any power if i switch to 1.7 rr. If so how much?

verry little you will get a little more lift and your idle might sound a tad different.

You already have some very nice rr's

I would put the rocker money toward a custom cam that is going to be more suited to your AFR's

E-cams were designed for heads that had poor exhaust to intake flow issues. Your AFR's don't have that kind of thing going on.
