2003 Mach 1 Power Steering Leak. Where Is It Coming From

replaced the high pressure line on my Mach 1 thinking it was going bad as it was soaking wet. The leak is still there.

I've replaced a few power steering pumps on crown Vic's for leaking around the shaft seal, never really seen a mustang do it though

That being said , my rack was leaking a very small amount,so I put a bottle of Lucas power steering sealer in it,haven't had a problem since lol

I've blown out every power steering pump (multiple times) in every mod motor car I've owned. Always the front seal. If the pulley gets reinstalled too deep on the shaft (lol) it'll tear the seal or if you power shift at high rpms it can as well.

Likely a front seal issue. Also the parts stores ones tend to leak brand new too.
