347 / 5 speed swap into a 01 v6 car please help...

i need a few questions answered if anybody might know on what is needed for the swap, i can only figure motor mounts, and trans mount out 0f 94-95 and bellhousing and inputshaft for 94-95? what else or am i right about this so far anyway, please help...

like others said, a k-member for a pushrod motor is a must. you can get one of those from most folks who make aftermarket k-members

is it fuel injected or carbed? if FI, then the wiring harness and computer is necessary too
 
You'll need to use a different fuel system too. The 99-04 fuel systems are returnless, which means the fuel pump only sends fuel to the engine when it needs it. The 94-95 fuel system is a return type, fuel is always flowing between the fuel tank and engine, and the engine takes what it needs.

It's not an easy swap, harder than swapping into a 94-95 V6.
