92 thunderbird engine swap

Among the other fords I own a 92 thunderbird sport which came with a 5.0 H.O. I am planning to make this a show car and want to do an engine swap. I have access to a 351 C or a 429 cobra jet. I know the cobra jet would be much harder but would either of these bolt in? what major mods would have to be made? any info would be great so i can get started!

start by typing smaller. and I vote for the 429 if its gonna be a show car.

I know the cobra jet would make a very nice show car but is it doable without ripping the insides of the car out?
