95 Cobra R's: Black or Chrome?

Right now I have 95 chrom cobra R's. I like the way they look but which do you guys think will look better on my Red 97: Black or Chrome? I have the option to powdercoat them for cheap and I think the chrome is a little too much bling for me.

Chrome is too much bling in my

opinion. Mine is red with 98 svt rims. I would go with the satin finish or black.
