A little bit. I used to go to Isle of Palms alot. I have alot of friends stationed there, too. One of my friends also has a car club in the Goose Creek area....

My g/f joined the airforce and has been "given" the Charlston Base and she want me to move there with her when she gets there in Nov. Just trying to get info from who ever I can agout the area. She told me (and emailed me a link) to a track about 20min from the bases location. She really wants me there so I'm doing some light recon work about the area . You would know if they have smog laws there do you?

Wytstang, I just got off the phone with my friend that has the car club down there. He told me that emissions laws are not strict there.... and you do not have to do a sniffer test. I'd go double check, though... because like here in NC, only certain counties have to do it. If you move there, I think you will love it. The area is awesome. Isle of Palms is a great beach, too.

I'm doing A LOT of thinking on this, she's been there and likes it it's a bit hard for me to leave South Fl. especially with no smog laws. But from the pics I've seen it looks like a great place, and not as crowded as it's getting down here. Thanks for the info
