Anyone ever sell a car on Ebay?

Well, I am trying to sell my Jeep so I can fund some upgrades on my stang. I have tried the paper and auto trader with no luck so now I am thinking about ebay. I have never sold anything there so I had a couple of question some of you may be able to help me with.
I think I can figure out how to create my ad and stuff like that, my biggest concern is payment. How do you recommend arranging payment on ebay? Do I need a paypal account or is it cash when you pick up the car or what? I just don't want to get screwed. Any help would be appreciated, or if you want a Jeep I got one The sooner I sell it the sooner I go turbo......

Never a car, but an ATV and several motorcycles. I wouldn't say cash, I alway's require Money Order, Cashier Check or Paypal. First bike sale the guy came out w/ cash and tried to get me down further on my price from his winning bid - so I don't accept cash now. Bring a money order or cashiers check or go home.
