Anyone made their own battery box?

Has anyone made their own battery box? If so, does anyone have pics? I was considering doing this. I feel that I can make one for a lot cheaper than a sealed box costs.

Track certification would be your only roadblock here. If that's not a concern then I'd say go for it.
