Car will not start

I just finished a twin turbo set up on my 93 LX. I also changed the fuel pump, injectors, MSD 6AL, new coil, plugs and wires. The problem is it will start and drive fine when its cold but, after i drive it and shut it off it wont start again. The most recent time i went to leave when it was warm and just coughed everytime. I can hear the fuel pump so i no thats working. I am so confused, any help would be appreciated. Thanks
