Cats Plugged?

All,

My 95 GT has never been the model of high performance since I purchased it. I had a rod nock last year that prompted me to do an Explorer engine swap.

Since doing this, my car is hessitant. It will spit and sputter and doesn't really get up and go like it should.

Could this be caused from plugged converters?

Any other suggestions I should look at?

Thanks,

Keith

I worked at a Chevy dealership in the 80's and cavaliers and v6 camaros were famous for clogged cats. The symptoms you described sure sound like clogged cats. Throw an off road pipe on it to see if it clears up your problem. It could be other things but start with this.
