Changed fuel filter

I just finished changing fuel filter. I didnt use the tool some people recomend but it was a little tough getting the old filter off. Did you guys reuse the clips inside the fittings where the ends plug into? If you've done your own you should know what I'm talking about. Whole process only took 15 min.
