I just put some new 40 series flowmasters and 3" tips on my 95 GT. I wanted to get some feedback on either BBK or Pypes X pipe (no cats). I currently have a BBK off road X pipe without cats on my 01 Bullitt and it sounds great. I know Pypes makes a stainless steel one, but I have read that some people have had some fitting issues trying to install it. My BBK went up perfect and fit like a glove out of the box. I also don't know what Pypes sounds like. I am leaning towards another BBK X pipe for the 5.0, but wanted to see what others have to say on the issue. Thanks.

I love the sound of my pypes x pipe... The issue with installing it is that it is sent in three separate pieces and you have band clamps to clamp them together. Take a few minutes of lining up but once you have everything in place you could easily have someone weld the pipes together. For the price it was a good deal for me and it arrived very quick.
