Filling trunk holes

I'm starting work on my new spoiler, 03 cobra.
I need to fill these holes from my old spoilers (stock and roush).
What is the trunk made of? I see white material from the roush holes.
The stock holes are painted black inside.
I would weld them if they were steel, but it doesn't seem that way.
I think I remember someone mentioning 3M body filler w/flexibility?

Thanks, now I just need to find a good filler.
Any ideas?

The stuff I use is made by "Evercoat". It's in a white and green jug deal. I'd recommend going by your nearest paint store. Not like Sherwin Williams but an automotive paint store. There is a Sherwin Williams automotive paint chain. Check the phone book and you'll probably find a couple. Don't mess with the name brand "Bondo". Some would disagree but I've seen what it does over time and don't like it much... Just a FWIW.
