fuel pressure???

for a 10.5/1 ratio what should i have my fuel pressure set at with the vacuum off?

Compression ratio has nothing to do with fuel pressure.

Set the fuel pressure at 39 PSI, engine running, vacuum line disconnected from the fuel pressure regulator and capped. Be sure to re-connect the vacuum line when you are finished.
