Gauge Cluster

Will a gauge cluster from an 03 work in my 94?

it will bolt on but the wring is totally different you would need to rewire the cluster hardness

that is what I was affraid of. Has anyone ever done it?

I think it would be easy to wire-up the gauges to work, and possibly the warning lights, but getting the odometer/trip odometer to work could require some electrical engineering know-how, since the new ones work off of signals from the ECM rather than a mechanical setup. My way of thinking is that anything is possible, and I'm sure there's a way to make it work.
Does anyone know if the New-Edge mustangs use a different speedometer sensor than ours? Ours are electrical like theirs right?
