HELP!!!oil burning issue

I just got done installing my new motor and I’m having an oil burning issue. Here are the details. The block is new and was torque plate honed. The bottom end was build by a machine shop. I put the rest of the motor back together and put back in my car it started right up. It was smoking a little out the tail pipes. I let the engine get to operating tempter I bought it up to 2000 rpm it smoke out my garage in 2 sec thick smoke came from the tail pipes. I randomly pulled 2 spark plugs out and guess what they had oil on them. Next I pulled the dipstick out and smelled the oil and it smelled like gas. I’m about to go back outside and do a compression test. I wanted to see if any had any input or ideas. Or just maybe I’m doing something wrong?
