How Do You Install Rear Qtr. Ornaments on a '66 Convertible?

Anyone ever had the quarter trim off and seen how much room there is to attach the bolts for '66 quarter ornaments? How much is the rear quarter window in the way?

You can install the quarter panel ornaments on the car with the windows in place. Its kinda tight, but its not that bad.
