I have a chance to get an o/r prochamber, but I cant decide if I should get it or leave my stock midpipe on. I love how my car sounds now with the weld in flows. It doesnt have any raspyness and just sounds awesome even though it could be louder at WOT.

Ive listened to some videos on youtube and the combo sounds good outside the car, I just want it to sound good inside as well.

    grrrr...decisions decisions.

I dont mind it being louder in the car. My buddy who is a member here as well has an o/r h and flowmaster weld ins and when your driving around and not getting on the gas it sounds like the car is chugging. If that makes any sense lol. I dont want that sound!!

The Pro Chamber is a whole different animal then a H-Pipe. The Pro chamber will give you a wonderful deep tone :nice:

Wonder if they make them in 3" for longtubes?

    Get it!!!

Keep your stock H around so you can swap it in for inspection/emissions testing.

I am. And living in Michigan I have no emissions. :D

I may sell the stock midpipe for the cats and get my money back.

I have a pro chamber on mine and it sounds good. But, I think an x-pipe sounds better. Just my 2 pennies.

I have a o/r prochamber and weld-in flows, and I love it. Not too loud, not too soft, sounds great when you get on it, and I got a 20% pick-up in gas mileage over the stocker.

Pros and flows are the best combo to me. They get loud without sacrificing tone but are still not unbearably loud.

At 3K RPM, you will cream your pants with this combo.

    DO IT!!!:nice:

What about smell with the O/R? I keep hearing that there is a foul odor? Been wnating to upgrade myself but if this is the case I'm getting a catted mid-pipe.

If you've ever been on a speed/fast boat, it smell like that, kinda raw fuel smell. My GF didn't like it one bit.

It's a bit heavy on the fumes, but in a good 'local race track' kinda way for me. Reminds me I'm driving a bad ass car. You really only smell it at a stop, but it's not bad, just raw.
