I have around 300 miles on the odometer and it is great seeing everyone's drop as you drive by. Took some of my employees for a ride today and now they are ready for the purchase. I can say hands down that this is the most well designed Mustang to date. The ergonomics and layout of the interior is fabulous, for a 6'2" person. The back seat area is pretty roomy with your buds sitting back there. The balance of the car and the seat of the pants torque are begging to be used a lot. My fuel economy sucks at around 13-14 MPG, but who cares. For all those waiting, be patient, have many dreams behind the wheel and get ready.
Your mileage will improve when you get a few more miles on the car - and you get over that initial (must have power) thing! Well, you really don't get over it, but you tend to use it a LOT more when taking people for a ride in your car. I average 18 - 19 mpg city, 24 - 26 highway with 3100 miles on her.
Wow, you're the first owner I've heard praise the room in the back seat. I don't have one yet, but at a car show I saw a guy put his 3 yr old in the back seat of a GT Vert, and that liitle boys feet were banging against the seat back. Front seat was all the way back though.
