remove the other bolt that's holding in the IAC, and take off the iac

then place 2 nuts on the stud, and remove the one that's closer to the IAC. the 2nd nut is to stop the 1st nut from coming out, and it'll all come out together.

i cant removie the iac, cause the broken bolt is threaded on both sides, its threaded in the iac and throttle body.. so its in there tight like a normal bolt. just with no head and cant access it

You need to buy a set of taps called "screw extractor set"
First try to center punch the broken bolt. then drill into the center punch hole.
try not to hurt the threads of course. Then select the right tap from the
set and tap it in. put a wrench on it and turn counter clockwise, it will grab on
harder the more you turn it.
