just installed a set of black bullits 17x8 and 10.5 rears man those tires are huge
    Front 17x8 Sumitomo HTR+ 245/45ZR17
    rears 10.5 Goodyear eagle F1's 315/35R17

Spare rears Nitto Drag Extreme 555R 245/45R17
also have 2 sets of center caps steeda and ford
I always loved when everyone did the 10.5 rears . now that i have them the look isn't growing on me I guess I will trade all 6 rims and tires for a nice set of 18x9 rims in chrome or black :) NJ AREA only :nice:

Lower the car, delete the wing and do something about the brakes....preferably 13" bullitt calipers with crossdrilled zinc plated rotors

the height is what really makes it look confusing, man. Even if you get 18's, you'll still have that gap between the wheel and fender, makin it look awkward. Just drop it, keep the 17's, and you'll like the results.

nice lookin sets of wheels either way :nice:

    Looks good to me.

Drop it and fall in love.

The 18's will still leave you with a gap if you dont do the springs and wont look right either.

Wow! Those are exactly what I have been wanting for my '01 GT.
I would buy those rims and tires off you in a heart beat but I am in PR and I bet the shipping for the four of them to me would be killer :(

The rims look great :nice: although I'm impartial to the 18"s (wonder why ?) You definetly need to drop it though. I have the eibach pro-kit on mine and like the drop but if you went with a 2" it would look really slammed Mine:

P.S I know the car would look better without the side moulding but its been on there too long now. The paint wouldn't be faded liek the rest of the door and it would look probably stupid with it off.

I agree with everyone else on this one...they look nice but you will LOVE them with a drop! They just look a bit out of place, especially in the rear, with the stock ride height. :)
