lowering question

to me, it depends on the size of the tires and not the size of the rims. a bigger tire (diameter wise) fills up the wheel well better, but smaller tires will actually lower the car slightly. the center of the car is what i look at when checking out how low a car is.

it's lowered about 1-1/4" to 1-1/2" and has the stock 17" rims.
