since fords own 51%of mazda and most parts on them are fords i was curious if the 4 wheel disk brakes front and rear would go on our cars from say a 2004 model car and up.

I know some of the vehicals are the same. For example the 2000 B3000 pick up is a ford ranger and parts swap.

i know same thing with with the escape and the mazda tribute are basically the same amongst other cars.i seen a car at the junkyard that has nice front and rear disk brakes that would look great on my 87 mustang.the other problem would be the master cylinder and brake booster.which ones do i go with?

no, not gonna work
626, mx-6 etc stuff works on probes but the fox mustang existed before ford had anything more than a contract for mazda to build ford a compact pickup truck
and ford only owns a little more than 30% of mazda, but its enough to be the controlling interest

It's a FWD car....think about it.
