My Paint!!

Guys, my car was repainted before I bought it. I estimate the job to be less than 2 years old. Ok, heres the problem. .. I have removed the damn dealers sticker off the back with a hair dryer and adhesive remover. Now my paint is dull in that area!

I dont know what damaged it! The heat or the remover!

Is it safe to remove the pinstripes with a rubber wheel on a drill?

You could try a mild poishing compound in the dull area to get the shine back.You use the compound the wax and then polish.I would not use a rubber wheel to remove the pinstrip.Would leave marks.Use the hair dryer or park your car in the hot sun all day and the peel it off.I would try alcohol in the dull areas to make sure it is not left over glue.If polishing compound does not work you have to wet sand it.
