I'm running an aluminum griffin radiator and a typical waterpump set-up on my 347. I want to run some stainless braided hose for my upper & lower hoses. I have the 20an fittings and the hose for the set-up. My issue is that the thermostat housing (waterneck) is cast iron. Aluminum and iron+dissimilar metals...ie, can't weld the fittings on them. Does anyone make a aluminum thermostat housing or can some type of modification be done somehow.

Thx

You can go to csr performance products and click on cooling products, then click on the 360* swivel thermostat and they have them with whatever type of connection you need, they have the normal style and with 10, 12, 16, and 20an fittings. There kind of pricey but very nice. Summit racing also carries some of them.
