new brake upgrade

Need some help here.
I am upgrading my front and rear brakes on my 82 gt.
I am wanting to upgrade my front spindles to 2001 cobra/bullit spindles and 13" rotors,
is this an Ok way to do this on the front, they have PBR rotors and calipers. On the rear,
I already have installed a Cobra Irs from an "01" cobra.
Looking for drilled and slotted rotors to fit, stock cobra calipers.
where's the best price for rear rotors. Really need some input here folks. Thanks
