Great! Thank you for the update, justinakajuice!I did speak to him Deysha. He was still waiting for some due outs from Tia. I tried to speed things up by requesting the dealership send the records directly to Tia so she can provide it to him.
Now for some good news...
I just spoke with my dealer and his guy over at Ford. They understood my concerns with this case and offered me a solution to my issues. In approximately three weeks, I should be getting the paperwork that I need to be able to get my replacement vehicle--without having to go through the BBB. Although I had to go above and beyond what should be expected of a customer, Ford is doing the right thing.
