new valve covers question

i have a 91 gt 5.0 and i got new valve covers and they have 2 holes one on each side. and i have an oil plug cap on both sides and i was wondering if that was bad. i currenty have the PCV hooked up on the back of the lower intake to the vaccum on the firewall . do i need another breather or anything else for the vaccum line to the throtte body???
